Just so you’re absolutely clear about what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you to ensure that you get the very best, personalized, state-of-the-art treatment…

Here’s what we Undertake and Guarantee:

1. If you have a confirmed appointment time, we will never keep you waiting longer than ten minuets. If we keep you waiting more than ten minutes past your appointment time, you will immediately be entitled to 10% off whatever treatment amount you spend that day.

2. You will always be given the most professional, up-to-date advice. We are unquestionably the best at what we do in Quedgeley, & we back it with our 100% Money Back Guarantee. “If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your service, we want you to tell us, right away, & give us the opportunity to either re-do your treatment at a time convenient to you, or refund your money. It’s entirely up to you.”

3. Your treatment room will always be prepared for you & you alone. If there is anything that displeases you about your treatment room, please let us know. It will never happen again.

4. Our premises are always clean. Our towels are always freshly-laundered & smell nice. Our ‘tools of trade’ are always sterilized to national standards before every treatment.

5. You will always be notified in advance of any changes we need to make to your treatment program, appointment times, or price alterations.

6. Our staff will always be clean, neatly-presented & well-groomed.

7. Sometimes it is necessary – & unavoidable – that we replace or change at  short        notice your chosen therapist. You will always be given the choice of accepting       or rejecting this replacement.

In return, we appreciate of you:

1. You are on time. If you are not on time, you understand that you may not be able to have your chosen treatment at that time, or that your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.

2. You pay the agreed treatment costs. (Unless of course, under our Guarantee, you’re making a formal complaint)

3. Please consider our therapists  – & that your own personal hygiene is of a high standard.

4. That you inquire in advance of your appointment time if you wish to bring a child or children into the salon.

5. You understand that if you miss an appointment without giving us at least 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a fee of 30% of the treatment value, even with gift voucher appointments.

6. Please consider our other clients & ensure that all mobile phones are either switched off or are on silent. If you need to answer your mobile phone please do so in a respectful manor so as to not disturb other treatments in progress.

7. For bookings of packages or treatments that are 2hrs or over, a 50% deposit is required at the booking stage. If the appointment is cancelled late or indeed you fail to turn up, this will be a non refundable deposit.
